Research deeper: points to be followed and insights to be gathered

To arrive at any goal while designing, we need to consider the touch points.

Touch Points-These are the point of interaction.

It’s very important to have a story, Example of a good way of narration is "parallel site". These are a kind which have pictures running along with story and interaction experience is of greater extent as story is along with the picture. But it requires greater bandwidth.

Based on our storyline we determine the User Flow as where all should a consumer go to get his/her determined result. To know a consumer better we judge his/her gluing points and insights as what all is his/ her inclination towards. For example the reward point, loyalty points are all system to cater to the needs of consumer of getting extra with the given.

So whatever we design it should aid in achieving objectives-

Examples-

  1. A dynamic device that is-customised as per customer requirement for fitness training
  2. A platform Where they can listen to their own kind of music choice

To kept understanding of business viability : where all people can use your product

A device with connected community is a suitable combination

Some more factors to look into-
Isometric device
GPS connected
Motivation
And all is in such form that it forms a fitness regime for consumer
Can form a game also where it is like playing a path and moving ahead

Be careful as there has to be a GAP in the already available system

User Experience : User journey mapping to get insights

Hi guys,

So here I am detailing as how to track a person and getting insights, making a PERSONA and deriving answers if right or wrong as per our assumption. To come to any solution we must know our User inside out as many times what people speak they don't mean it. To give them with ultimate solution let's understand their feeling, emotion and touch points.

Observation

Mohit is of the age of 24 years and preparing for WWE. His vision is that there are very less Indians at that level and he wants to try his level best to come to that level, for which he is working out Rigorously from last 2 years and as I know him from quiet a time I know he started working out 7 years back.

His schedule is –

Wake up at 6 o clock and go for gym come back at 9 take a shower and then go to office , often taking 1st meal at office, coming from office for a nap and a meal at 11:30 and then going back at around 1:30. The meals are selected and specially directed, next come at around 3:30 with protein and carbohydrates after which taking few fruits he heads to gym again at 7 and comes back at 9p.m. And then takes boiled chicken of 400-500gms and talking to friends and family going back to sleep at around 10:30.

1st meal

Green tea intervals during working hours

 Breakfast

 Morning GYM
 Lunch

                        Evening GYM

 Dinner

 Journey map
 A persona
 Stakeholder mapping

Touch points-

·       Good food

·       Gifts

·       Someone when stands up for him

Safari questions

What motivates for all this

·       Remembering the time I have spent with my father watching WWE and that’s when it occurred to me that why don’t I try it. After that it became my dream.

What do you think India lacks for WWE

·       Lack of motivation as people here thinks that any profession should be followed at young age and then it hurts them to let their children go and fight.

·       Lack if awareness as what all is the procedure and how can we go

·       Not many good trained coaches are there who inspire and train you.

Any assumption I made wrong

Yes, my girlfriend says that I am feeling-less person and you have stated in my personality as feeling one.

Although a candid reply but I don’t believe it because I observed he is kind of a show off.

And now we find the-

  • Scope and focus points of fitness

  • Derive a Statement

  • Technical feasibility and Viability of design solution

  • What motivates them can be a solution and further see their Stakeholder matrix to prove it

  • Look for all the Factors before coming to any decision

  • Influence or power 🤦🤷️high low

  • Example Influence in kids is that of super hero

  • And then form a scope

  • There should be Human desirability for the solution you create

  • List all assumptions and Situation

  • Research development/interface testing

  • And if you can give Loyalty with purchase which will keep them intact.
