Form a Informational Architecture- which states all the Information you want to provide in that APP. Make a Storyboard as how are you going to do that.
What is the current and what is to be proposed gather all the information.
Basically:Make a list of all the features the APP will show.

Remember, Information Architecture is different and really
personalised in each case. With lots of research and data around core problem
we need to figure out a way to align everything and process it strategically. In
order to form customer journey maps we first need our persona in place and in-depth
emotion cycle, as the companies move from business strategy to customer
experience life cycle and hook its users. They need to have deep understanding
of habits and behaviour of customers.
The best way and process to arrive at that is to lay down
all the information gathered and process them in more homogeneous groups.

While working during my internship, I came across a very
important part of research that is to research the companies already in the
domain and finding their purpose and motive to function the way they function
and then come out with our own ‘WOW’ moment and ‘ AHA’ moment( as whatever you
may call it)
To avoid displacing it, always choose the right way possible
and for that you need be well aware and well researched.
Ones all your
information is gathered rightly and placed; trust me the further steps are
easy.
And one most important thing- we generally stick to our own
way of information architecture- do talk to people in the company and show the
way you are heading (trust me you will get such insights which you never
thought about)
